Students should write their names in all shoes, bags and on all
apparel that will be set down and left unattended by them at any
time. Stages cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. |

New Payment Policies:
We would like to remind everyone of our payment policies. Payments
are to be left in the locked box on the desk, or mailed to the
studio. Please place cash payments in the envelopes provided. When
making cash payments, a receipt will be given to your child the
following week. If you pay with a check, please place your check in
the locked box (you do not need an envelope). Your cancelled check
is your receipt.
If payment is not received by the 10th
of the month, starting with the third payment (due in October), a
late fee will be added to your account.
Payment packages will be given out by request only, and will be
available the second week of classes. Other payment arrangements may
be made upon request.
Accounts that are 60 days past due, will
be considered delinquent.
Dancers will not be allowed to return to class until your account is
brought up to date.
If a student must miss a class, full
payment is still due.
It is the absent student’s responsibility to schedule a “make-up”
session with their teacher’s recommendation when needed.
Receive a 5% discount when you pay all 9
months of tuition by 9/30/10.
You only receive a discount on tuition. Registration, recital, and
accessory fees are not discounted.
Your first and second tuition payments
are due in September.
This way all accounts are paid by April10th, and we can distribute
our recital tickets.
Registration Fee is due on or before your first class. Recital Fee
is due in two installments – 10/25 and 11/25.

up-to-date website, as well as provide liability and accident insurance.

nine-month season. Prices include all holidays and all cancelled

Recital Fees

| Recital
Fee is $60 per student or $80 per family and can be paid in 2
installments. Recital Fee 1 is due October 25, 2010. Recital Fee 2
is due November 25, 2010. This non-refundable fee
covers the cost of our annual dance recital, which is held at Villa
Maria College. We also hold three rehearsals so students are well
prepared to perform on stage. All costume and accessory fees are due by
February 25th, 2010. There is no discount Recital, Costume or
Accessory Fees. Please make all checks payable to Stages Dance
Academy. |

No loose clothing is permitted. Hair is to be pulled
back and out of the face at all times. These regulations are for
your children's safety as well as class uniformity. |

Please do not drop your child off more than 15 minutes before class
and pick up your child as soon as class is over. Please be
considerate. Our staff cannot stay late or watch children while
classes are in progress. Your cooperation with this requirement is
greatly appreciated! |

Studio Closings & Absenteeism

Any closures
due to weather will be broadcast on WGRZ - Channel 2 News Closing
Central as well as on the studio answering machine. |

|
It is the
student's responsibility to attend classes. therefore,
tuition reductions cannot be granted for missing classes. Students
may make-up a missed class by attending a different class at a
similar level. |
